Who Can Apply

  • Early-stage cleantech startups
  • Entrepreneurs who are motivated to achieve global success
  • Teams with at least 2 members
  • If your revenue is more than €2,000,000 you’re not eligible for grants, but can still apply

Selection Criteria

  • Climate impact of your product or business
  • Urban tech, land use, production systems, decision metrics and finance fields preferred
  • Potential to inspire and empower the next generation of climate leaders
  • Scalable idea with international business potential
  • Hard-working, dedicated personalities and entrepreneurial talent of team members
  • Well thought-out business plan

Application Process

  • Written application
  • 2-day startup camp to help prepare your presentation
  • In-person pitch to the review committee


  • Must be based in Zurich or Vienna for the duration of the program
  • Full team must be available for all training and other program sessions
  • Team members must have work permits and visas for the city to which they apply
