If you’re a new startup in Delaware or the surrounding area submit your video pitch for a chance to win up to $13,500 USD cash and many valuable prizes awarded by the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce.

- For-profit businesses with a valid business license
- In the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce traditional service area:
- Delaware, Southern NJ, Cecil County, MD, and Southeastern PA
- In business for less than 3 years
Selection Criteria
- Product phase: working on prototype, in advanced development, etc.
- Past, current, and projected sales revenue
- Completion status and quality of business plan
- Quality of pitch video: clear, concise, and compelling
Application Process
- Written online application
- Pitch video (submitted through Facebook) not more than 3 minutes long stating:
- Who the founders are
- Business overview, name, when it was started, and what startup phase you are in
- Problem you are solving and your customer profile
- Your unique value proposition
- How the prize package will be used to take the business to the next level
- Top 3 videos will be selected for a live pitch at the EEC Annual Luncheon
- Grand Prize winner will be selected by a panel of judges
- Second Prize winner will be selected by audience via text voting
